IQTray Remote Installation Assistance

Effective Monday April 21st 2008, IQMax will no longer provide for self-installation of the IQTray platform. IQMax will provide remote installation assistance in all installations/re-installations via remote access (i.e. Logmein.com, Live Meeting) to ensure the installation is completed and validated.  To ensure a timely installation requisite permissions should be in place prior to installation, i.e. Anti Virus exclusions and local admin rights. 

IQMax will utilize Client Service technical resources and best practices to ensure the IQTray workstations are installed and configured properly as well as optimized for the specific customer hardware.  The validation process will also allow for a baseline to be established for the specific instance and assist in trouble shooting in the event there is a future issue with a specific IQTray instance.

Customers will need to contact the IQMax Help Desk at support@iqmax.com, or via telephone at (704) 377-2202 option 1, to schedule their installation.  The IQMax Help Desk will be available between 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. EST.  Monday - Friday to facillitate IQTray installation. 

Distributor Purchased Solutions

If you have purchased a solution through a distributor, please contact their helpdesk first for resolution of your issue. If you are unable to reach the distributor or are uncertain as to how to contact the distributor, please contact us directly for assistance.
