Mobile Healthcare Blog | IQMax Announces New Distribution Partner Agreement with NCG Medical Systems
IQMax is pleased to announce a multi-year, co-branding distribution agreement with NCG Medical Systems, Inc. IQMax’s mobile solutions have been integrated with NCG’s practice management and EMR software to allow physicians to dictate patient information, prescribe medication and bill for their services all through the use of a hand-held device. From there, the patient’s demographic information, along with the dictation, is electronically routed for transcription and automatically attached to the patient’s medical chart.
“We are proud to be a part of this advanced technology,“ said NCG’s Vice President of Business Development Antonio Arias. “Through this new venture, our customers will have access to the convenience of mobile dictation and documentation”
The mobile solutions enable physicians to spend more time with each patient, minimize errors, eliminate paper-based records, reduce costs and improve patient care. By using a mobile hand-held device, physicians can better document each visit and quickly capture billable procedures thereby allowing greater flexibility and efficiency.
“With nearly 60% of all physicians already using a PDA, mobile dictation and charge capture greatly improve the workflow process and further enhances the value of mobile technology in patient care.” said IQMax’s Vice President of Marketing Alan Hansen. “And with the integration to NCG’s practice management and EMR systems, NCG clients will realize an even greater benefit from their investment in the NCG solution."
