The following persons serve on the Board of Advisors. The Board of Advisors provides guidance to management and the Board of Directors and does not exercise management control over IQMax. Members of the Board of Advisors serve for an initial term of three years with one year renewals at the discretion of Paul Adkison, CEO. Each member of the Board of Advisors is compensated for serving as an advisor by receiving an option to purchase 2,000 shares of the common stock of the Company for each year of services at $0.01 per share.

David M. Montanaro

David M. Montanaro has more than 30 years experience as a senior corporate executive and entrepreneur within the telecommunications and networking industries. He is currently Chairman and CEO of USA Datanet which provides VoIP-based voice, Internet access, and broadband telephony services to the retail, commercial, and wholesale markets throughout the United States. Prior to joining USA Datanet, Mr. Montanaro was Chairman and CEO of NEC Eluminant Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Montanaro served as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of NEC Business Network Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC America, Inc. Mr. Monatanaro, is the former president and CEO of both the East Coast division of NEC Business Communication Systems as well as of GFC Communications Corporation, a regional network services provider and competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) in which NEC had a majority ownership. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sensis Corporation, Pactolus Communications, and USA Datanet. Mr. Montanaro is a former president and chairman of the board of the New York State Telecommunications Association, and served as a North American Telecommunications Association (NATA) board member.

William McGuire

William McGuire was a founding Partner and Chairman of Summit Properties Inc., a NYSE company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Summit was sold to Camden Properties Trust in 2005 and Mr. McGuire remains on the Board of Camden. Mr. McGuire received his MBA with High Distinction from Harvard University in 1970 and created his first of numerous companies, McGuire Properties in 1972. Along with his business interests Mr. McGuire serves on a number of professional and community boards, including: The Charlotte Advisory Board of Bank of NationsBank (now Bank of America), Board of Governors and President of the Charlotte City Club, Trustee of North Carolina Conservancy, and Founder and Director of the Neighborhood Medical Clinic.

William Neal

William Neal has forty years experience as CEO, COO, and venture capitalist in the information technology and healthcare industries. Mr. Neal served as President of the Commercial Services Group of Automated Data Processing as well as a Director of ADP. Subsequently, he spent four years as a general partner with Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe, a $3.5 billion New York based venture capital firm, and seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Broadway & Seymour, a $130 million software and systems integrator. At the helm of Broadway and Seymour, he made eleven acquisitions and took the company public. Mr. Neal serves on the Board of Directors of HMS Holdings (NASDAQ:HMSY).

Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional who has served as Director of Investments for Murfam Enterprises, LLC since 2001. Mr. Roberts served as the Director of Investments for the Tuscarora Corporation from 1999-2001 and before that as Portfolio Manager for Centura Bank from 1993-1999. A graduate of Wake Forest University with a BS in Business, Mr. Roberts also earned a MS Finance degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University.
